We want you to love your Hammies gear, but if the fit isn't right, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print Your Label

Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for easy printing.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible, attach the return label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
